Limited 5-Year Commercial Patio Furniture Factory Warranty

Frames are warranted for 5 years against manufacturing and structural defects. Finishes are warranted for 5 years not to peel. Vinyl straps are warranted for 5 years not to break. Sling stitching workmanship is warranted for 1 year. Exclusions & Definitions Loss of frame, finish, vinyl or fabric integrity due to harsh chemical exposure, cutting, scratching, concrete or deck rub, staining, fading, damage caused by abuse or acts of nature, or the effects of normal wear and tear are not warranted. Aluminum pool furniture should never be submerged into the pool for any reason. Prolonged exposure to pool chlorine will damage the finish, straps, fabric, and cause corrosion in the frames. If water is left in the frames and freezes, it may cause aluminum tubing to burst. Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water or freezing temperatures is not warranted. Glass, acrylic, and fiberglass tops are not covered under the warranty. Only certain sling fabrics are warranted for stitching workmanship. There is no warranty on sling fabrics against sagging, tearing, fading, or other such fabric distortions. This is a pro-rated, limited commercial use warranty. Any product failure issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis. For warranty claims, the customer will be required to pay shipping to and from the factory for warranty service. All repairs must be made or authorized in advance by the factory or their designated representatives. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. Failure caused by neglect or misuse is not covered.
