C-2033 Stackable Dining Chair

The rear legs on this chair are reinforced with ¾" round extruded aluminum tubes with a 1/8" wall thickness. This tube is inserted inside the one inch round drawn aluminum tube of the frame at the stress point where the back of the seat joins the rear legs. This reinforcing insert runs the entire length of the rear legs from just above the glide through the bend at the seat level to 6 to 8 inches above the seat.

This design allows stacking while also providing commercial strength. It also uses all aluminum reinforcement rather than the steel inserts used by other companies. Steel inserts can rust and may cause an electrolitic reaction with aluminum frames.
